Akunyili: Govt appeals court ruling on suspects

GOVERNMENT yesterday appealed the ruling of an Abuja High Court which quashed the charges preferred against eight persons who allegedly conspired to kill the Director-General of National Agency for Food and Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) Prof. Dora Akunyili.
